Future Generation

Empowering young people to realise their full potential

The foundation of all our partnerships is a strong belief in the importance of nurturing and investing in the future generation. We aspire to be an integral part of society and are therefore committed to serving the interests of the communities in which we live and work.

We are delighted that EFGIUK has become a Patron of The Prince’s Trust and has committed to a three-year partnership. We aim to make a meaningful contribution to our local communities and to empower young people to realise their full potential.

Founded by HM The King in 1976 when he was The Prince of Wales, The Prince’s Trust helps vulnerable young people (aged 11-30) who are facing adversity with practical and financial support. Their programmes – focused on education, employability, and enterprise – bring tangible and lasting benefits to both the young people they support, and the communities in which they live. Over the years, The Prince’s Trust has supported over one million young people, many of them leaving care and facing challenges including homelessness or mental health issues. In the decade up to 2016, The Prince’s Trust returned an estimated £1.4 billion in value to society, with more than £400m of funding raised to help young people into employment.

During the next three years, we look forward to taking part in a wide range of events, including volunteering days, sporting challenges and fundraising opportunities across London and Birmingham, Ombersley & Shrewsbury.
